General Psychiatry
I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, OCD, hormone-related conditions, ADHD, sleep disorders, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders.
Care at Willow Women’s Psychiatry and Wellness is highly individualized, with treatment plans thoughtfully tailored to your unique experiences, goals, and needs. Using evidence-based approaches within a compassionate, collaborative framework, we work together to support your mental health, overall well-being, and long-term growth.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Care
Navigating mental health and substance use issues during pregnancy and the postpartum period can be frightening and isolating. Fear of stigma often results in delays in care and decreased prenatal care. I offer specialized care for mental health and substance use during pregnancy and the postpartum period. I provide safe and effective treatments for depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, nicotine use disorder, alcohol use disorder, opioid use disorder and other conditions, ensuring the well-being of both you and your baby.

Gender Affirming Mental Healthcare
I provide affirming, inclusive care for LGBTQIA+ individuals, with attention to the unique mental health needs of gender-diverse communities. This includes support related to gender-affirming care such as hormone therapy, pregnancy, and other gender-specific health experiences.
At Willow Women’s Psychiatry and Wellness, my practice is a safe, welcoming space where you can show up as your full self. I am committed to providing respectful, knowledgeable, and supportive care so you feel seen, valued, and empowered in your mental health journey.

Substance Use Treatment
I provide compassionate, non-judgmental care for individuals navigating substance use, including opioid, alcohol, stimulant, nicotine, and benzodiazepine use disorders. My approach is grounded in harm reduction, meeting you where you are and empowering you to define your own goals for recovery.
I offer evidence-based treatment, including medications for opioid and alcohol use disorders such as Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol. I also provide effective, individualized care for stimulant use (including cocaine and amphetamines) and support for benzodiazepine dependence. Together, we work toward safer use, meaningful change, and long-term well-being at your own pace.

Somatic Meditation
At Willow Women’s Psychiatry & Wellness, somatic meditation is offered as an integrated therapeutic service to support healing from trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, panic, and emotional dysregulation. Somatic meditation guides you to notice sensations, breath, and internal cues—creating a pathway to regulate the nervous system and restore a sense of safety within the body. By slowing down, tuning inward, and learning to interpret the body’s signals with compassion, clients often experience improved grounding, reduced reactivity, and greater resilience.
Somatic meditation is accessible, empowering, and deeply supportive for women and genderdiverse individuals seeking to rebuild trust in their bodies and cultivate inner steadiness. Integrated into psychiatric care, it becomes a powerful tool for longterm healing and nervous system restoration.
