Founder, Provider
I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNPBC) with 16 years of combined registered and advanced practice nursing experience in mental health and substance use treatment. I care for women and genderdiverse individuals experiencing psychiatric and/or substance use disorders, and my practice is grounded in compassionate, traumainformed, evidencebased care. My goal is to support you through some of the most challenging and transformative moments of your life.
I previously served as the Lead Nurse Practitioner at Thomas Jefferson University’s Maternal Addiction Treatment Education and Research (MATER) program, where I specialized in treating substance use disorders and cooccurring psychiatric conditions in pregnant and parenting women. This work strengthened my holistic, personcentered approach to care and deepened my commitment to supporting individuals navigating complex emotional, medical, and social needs.
In addition to my clinical work, I has served as a Clinical Adjunct Faculty Member at Thomas Jefferson University’s College of Nursing, where I teach and mentor student psychiatric nurse practitioners. I have also contributed to the Addiction Medicine Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, providing training on opioid use disorder treatment during pregnancy and harmreduction strategies for healthcare professionals.
I am passionate about treating both psychiatric and substance use disorders, and my mission is to empower you to achieve your mental health and recovery goals with clarity, dignity, and support.
My professional memberships include the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, and Postpartum Support International.
I live in Philadelphia with my husband, daughter, and our cat, Jenny. Outside of work, I am dedicated to my family and to advocating for accessible, highquality mental health care for underserved individuals.
